Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse outside the US will be shipped by various shipping companies depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped mainly through USPS, FedEX or UPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 2-3 day processing time. All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-14 days for US customers who paid with Klarna. 

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. Orders without tracking are typically delivered within 3 days. 

For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system hence you may see “no information available at the moment”. In that case, please check back later or contact the courier directly. 

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Duty & VAT

In the event that an international shipment attracts duties, import/export charges, or other fees you are required to pay all outstanding charges to receive. These charges are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by

If you fail to pay the required fees, duties, taxes or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for the returned products minus the return delivery costs.
