Refunds (if applicable)

For security reasons, you must email us from your email address associated with your order or provide your receipt to get a refund. Provide your name, address, phone # and payment email address and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Estimated refund timing for eligible returns is within 7 business days of receiving the item. Once refunded, it will take from 5-10 working days until it reflects on your account depending on your bank. If you don't see it on your account after 10 days, you may contact your bank directly as we have no control over the process.
Final sale and nonreturnable items: Intangible goods such as digital content, extended warranty, custom orders, opened consumable items including items with (built-in) batteries, cleaning agents, completed services.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, less processing and handling will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for any fees charged by the payment processor unless you received defective or wrong item due to Dr.VeryWell error. If you file a claim with your credit card company or Paypal without fist contacting us for a refund, you will not be eligible for a refund until you withdraw your claim and cover the dispute fee that we may incur, and complete your return as stated previously.
If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below. In order to be eligible for a full refund, you must provide pictures or videos of the wrong items shipped, or the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem within 10 days after the product is received. We will strive the best to make it right. As soon as evidence verified by us, reshipment or refund can be arranged within two to three business days.

We offer protection from breakdowns & malfunctions, like broken buttons or screens only for electronics. No deductibles or hidden fees, covers 100% parts and labor. Accidental damages(both accidents and normal malfunctions) are not covered. Items that are accidentally damaged are not covered - such as liquid damage, or cracked parts.

For a 2 year extended warranty, we’ll repair your item. If we can’t repair it, we’ll send you a replacement or reimburse you for one. We'll provide free shipping to and from our repair depot in the US.
Protection Plan must be bought within 30 days of item purchase. Accessories and parts that are meant to be replaced by the consumer, such as batteries. Items used commercially are not covered.
